refactor: Convert commands to unique hybrid commands

Browse Source 
- Reorganized commands into logical groups with unique prefixes:
  - va_: Core video archiver commands
  - vaq_: Queue management commands
  - vac_: Channel configuration commands
  - var_: Role management commands
  - vas_: Site management commands
- Updated all commands to be hybrid commands
- Updated README to reflect new command structure
- Maintained all existing functionality and parameters
